Powder polyethylene compositions COATMET AFM are materials based on functionalized polyethylene and a complex of modifying additives that improve the technological and operational characteristics of the final coating.
Coating can be applied in several ways:
• Electrostatic application. Powder particle size up to 250 microns. Coating thickness up to 200 microns.
• Fluidized bed immersion or fluidization method. Powder particle size up to 350 microns. Coating thickness up to 1000 microns.
• Spraying by flocking method (powder application on preheated metal with subsequent remelting in a furnace). Preheating temperature is 200-300 degrees. Powder particle size up to 250 microns. Coating thickness up to 500 microns.
• Coating by flame spraying. Powder particle size up to 350 microns. Coating thickness up to 8 mm. It is used for applying on metal, concrete and other materials.
• Spraying using the ROTO-LINING method (application by rotation). It is used for applying on internal walls of the rotating products (pipes, fire extinguishers). Powder particle size up to 350 microns. Coating thickness up to 700 microns.
Color version of the material: white, black, red, yellow, blue, green (other colors are also possible - in accordance with the requirements of the Customer).
COATMET AFM compositions are used to protect metal, fiberglass and concrete structures from aggressive environments. The coating is used for all types of fences, freezer grills, outdoor furniture, children's playgrounds and sports equipment, other metal structures; for protection of accumulator boxes and internal walls of fire extinguishers. COATMET AFM compositions are used to protect concrete structures, swimming pools and fountains, staircase landings, products made of composite materials.
Designed in accordance with the requirements of ISO 21809-3 and also meet the requirements of ISO 21809-1 for class A and B coatings.
