METACLAY JSC installed a finished product packer and palletizer (robot manipulator) in the workshop for the production of compounds for the cable and pipe industry.

The machines work simultaneously on two conveyors, speeding up the process of preparing finished products for shipment. This is the second packaging module at the company, the first was installed in a neighboring workshop in 2016 when the megacompounder was launched.

The packaging modules freed up the working staff and ensured the stability of bags palletizing. Packaging automation became the last stage of eliminating the human factor in the manufacture of METACLAY products.
