METALEN K-31 is an uncolored compound, chemically modified with silane. Supplied with METALEN K-501 crosslinking catalysts in an aqueous medium. The catalyst contains a complex of additives and stabilizers.
Application
EPR silane-crosslinked insulation for oil submersible cables, mining cables, shipbuilding cables, wagons, drilling machines, construction equipment.
For cables that are intended to be laid in harsh environments.
High tech.
Hot set test at 250 deg. is not higher than 70/0.
High flexibility and wear resistance.
The material is used in the production of cables for compliance with HERP requirements.
