METACLAY Company together with the Italian Ibix company and "Technological Systems of Protective Coating" company successfully carried out the experimental application of the outer polyethylene coating "Coutmet" using the gas flame application method.

This method allows to applicate the protective coatings on any curved surfaces, including pipeline bends, stop valves, couplings, adapters, etc. "Coutmet" material is developed by taking into account the peculiarities of this method and its hardware design, and can be used without preliminary spraying of the epoxy primer.

Together with partners METACLAY will work on certification of the method and "Coutmet" material for use at PJSC "Gazprom".
