For contracting, please, attach to the commercial proposal scanned copies of:
- Charter/Regulation;
- Document certifying the authority of the person to sign the contract on the contractor’s part (resolution / founder’s minutes of manager appointment; order of appointment/election, or assumption of the office, power of attorney);
- Certificate of enterprise registration; certificate of record introduction in the USRJP (for JPs registered before 01.07.2002); certificate of registration with tax authority
- Excerpt from USRJP with the date of issue not later than one month from the provision;
- Rosstat letter;
- Contractor card showing the details, full name, and sample signatures of the contractor’s manager and chief accountant.
