Metaclay Research and Development Company (MR&D) represents a scientific platform with an impressive number of facilities and machines for a wide range of scientific and measurement work: from the micro-level to the development of test batches of hundreds of kilograms. MR&D offers research, development and testing of polymer composites on a contract basis.
The Collective Use Center (CUC) and its laboratory are the basis of the MR&D infrastructure. This is where all research and testing of material samples, test batches and finished products are carried out. The laboratory is involved in all projects, prospective studies and acts as a research and development and design and experimental center. The Collective Use Center also includes a group of our employees with many years of experience in polymer industry, they are specialists in chemistry and plastics processing technology, as well as legal and financial managers. Thanks to such a team the CUC is able to work on creation of new products, to develop and bring to the market promising materials, to act as a co-executor of grants and contracts.
